Previously on Angel...
Angel and team had managed to defeat Jasmine, and in the aftermath, were offered a job by the Senior Partners, at heading the L.A. Branch of Wolfram and Hart. Hoping to use it's massive power for good, they agreed... Soon after, Spike, who had fallen in the battle of the Hellmouth, is mysteriously resurrected. Harmony Kendall is hired as a Secretary for Angel and crew, and Fred's body is taken over by the mighty Old One, Illyria. But before fate could follow it's course, something happened, not too far from L.A. in the Sunnydale Hellmouth, that threw the timeline away from destiny's path... Anything could happen now.
Previously on Buffy the Vampire Slayer...
It's been half a year since the defeat of the First Evil. Their home destroyed, the Scooby Gang scattered to the four winds, concentrating on their work elsewhere. However, shortly after Buffy began properly rebuilding the Watcher's Council (as was meant to be), a new force Awakened, it's power displayed when Sunnydale was rebuilt in the exact same way it was prior to it's destruction... Most of the clueless people of Sunnydale were eager to return to their homes, and that brought the baddies back in. And the baddies returning to town naturally brough back the heroes who'd saved the world so many times, starting with Buffy... This mysterious force was something that baffled the Scooby Gang, but they needed to find out what it was: Most importantly, is it benevolent, or malevolent?
