This had been happening for a little while now. As much as the Foreigner had been busy with meetings with the Tartalians, seminars with new students and prospects, and working on numerous projects to get New Masada up and running...he had to take care of this situation. This situation was in fact his current Yggdrasilian contact was being just a little too 'rough' on the recruits. Unfortunately, Lind was a little tough to talk to. Of course, she had the looks of a goddess...with the mentality of R. Lee Emery off of Full Metal Jacket. Too many times had the nursing crew had come to the Horned Frog where the students have had injuries stemmed from a practice session with Lind.
It was time to at least tell Lind, the goddess of extreme violence, to tone it down on the kids. Asking for the moon, sure, but it was worth a shot. So David got a hold of Lind for a small talk about student 'performance', prompting her to meet up with him at the Lounge area. The Lounge area was actually a place for the staff to unwind while looking out over the warm Pacific Ocean. Sadly, New Masada couldn't figure out a name for "the Lounge", so it was decided that it'd be the Lounge. It was very soft and intimate of an atmosphere, and it was where the Horned Frog himself would unwind for a little while before going back to work.
Dressed in his standard black, silver, and red code of dress...he stood in front of the large windows looking out into the vast blue ocean. His arms behind his back, standing like a general awaiting orders from the field of battle. His helmet was nowhere in sight, as he had left it in his officespace back at the Grand Hall. Instead, his face was seen...yet here at New Masada, his face could be seen for it was mostly students, Alliance members, Tartalians, and other staff. A lot easier to get around than Tokyo. But that was an advantage to the Foreigner, that was for sure. Waiting patiently, he knew that Lind would drop by at any second.
When addressing Lind, he had to be professional and firm. Compared to Rangiku, where there were times when he had to scold her to be a little more observant of the students. Especially when it came down to her dress: both her shinigami garb and her civilian garb. But it would end up that Rangiku would keep on what she was doing, he stopped scolding and left her alone for the most part. He decided that he'd leave it to her superiors instead of taking the moral high road. Also, he had bigger things to worry about. With Lind, he didn't have to worry about not adhereing to the a dress code. Luckily.
Over the years, he had gotten used to the presence of shinigami, goddesses, and immortals. When they were around, they gave off a certain aura...giving the air a bit of an electicity to it. And he felt it right then and there. Lind was here, and hopefully she was in a decent mood. A goddess with a bad day could spell bad news for anyone who crosses them. The hair on the back of his neck started to rise, confirming that Lind was present and heading his way.
