His costume incorporates the imagery of a bat in order to frighten criminals. The most distinctive elements of the outfit are a scallop-hem cape, a cowl covering most of the face featuring a pair of bat-like ears, and a stylized bat emblem on the chest, and the ever-present utility belt. Batman's gloves typically feature three scallops that protrude from long, gauntlet-like cuffs.
The Batsuit is made of hardened kevlar plates on titanium-dipped tri-weave fibers and is broken into multiple pieces of armor over a more flexible bodysuit for greater mobility. As a trade-off, however, the flexible armor leaves Batman more vulnerable to injury from bullets or knives in favor of increased flexibility and lighter weight.
In his secret identity, Batman is Bruce Wayne, a wealthy businessman who lives in Gotham City. To the world at large, Bruce Wayne is often seen as an irresponsible, superficial playboy who lives off his family's personal fortune (amassed when his family invested in Gotham real estate before the city was a bustling metropolis) and the profits of Wayne Enterprises, a major private technology firm that he inherits. However, Wayne is also known for his contributions to charity, notably through his Wayne Foundation, a charity devoted to helping the victims of crime and preventing people from becoming criminals. Bruce creates the playboy public persona to aid in throwing off suspicion of his secret identity, often acting dim-witted and self-absorbed to further the act. Among the more noted measures he uses to maintain the facade is pretending he is a heavy drinker by claiming his glasses of ginger ale are strong beverages; Bruce is actually a strict teetotaler to maintain his physical fitness and mental acuity.
Due to not having powers, he has to be vigilant meaning he needs to work extra hard at the hero thing. He's the typical brooding loner type. Also because of his parents death he can appear cold and aloof towards others who wish to get closer. To him he'd rather play it alone because if he cares for someone, puts his heart out on the line, he'll eventually get hurt when he loses them. Still that cold and sometimes arrogant/prideful side is what most people see instead of the kind and compassionate person he truly is underneath it all. Though he is very compassionate to others he has trouble with sometimes letting the darkness get too far. Crossing the line and whether to take a life is his main moral code along with many superheroes but it takes a personal twist because of his parents. With that personal code is the rule to not use a gun because his parents were murdered with one.
Powers/Abilities
Weaknesses/Physical Flaws/Psychological Flaws:
A family outing to the cinema ended in tragedy for young Bruce Wayne. Walking homeward, Bruce, his father, Thomas, and mother, Martha, accidentally ventured into Gotham City's notorious "Crime Alley" and were accosted by a mugger. Not content merely to rob the wealthy family, the hoodlum - whose identity was "never determined" - shot Dr. Thomas and Martha Wayne dead before fleeing into the darkness. As he knelt beside his parent's bodies, Bruce swore to avenge them. After the police arrived, Bruce was comforted by Dr. Leslie THompkins. Dr. Thompkins and Alfred Pennyworth helped arrange matters so that Gotham's Social Services would not take Bruce into care. In this way, both Dr. Thompkins and Alfred enabled Bruce to realize his dream of becoming a crusader against crime.
At age 14, Bruce embarked on a journey that took him to every continent as he sought to learn all the skills he would need to keep his vow. He studied criminology, forensics, and criminal psychology, and learned from man hunters and martial artists, mastering every fighting style. In time, Bruce forged himself into a living weapon to wage war on crime and injustice. On his return to Gotham, Bruce stalked street thugs as a plainclothes vigilante. Beaten by the very people he intended to protect, he barely survived his first night out. As he sat bleeding in his study at Wayne Manor Bruce knew that he had to first strike fear in the hearts of his foes. Just then, a bat crashed through the study window, giving Bruce the inspiration he needed.
Establishing a secret headquarters in the caves beneath his mansion, Bruce became Batman, a Dark Knight to protect Gotham and its citizens from vice and villainy. Alfred Pennyworth remained his confidant, tending to injuries and offering sage advice - whether requested or not!
They say that whenever Gotham City rained, it was the because she was crying. Crying over the criminals that had taken hold of her, crying for all the innocent people who lived in fear. In only 10 years, Gotham had lost her charm, her innocence. She had been violated by the scum that had infested her and had transformed into a mere shadow of herself, a dark and dreary place which was slowly dying.
Bruce could only stare from his rooftop and look down upon the night covered streets. When he was young the streets were clean and spotless, people would be walking back home after a night out at the movies or dinner at a restaurant. But now the streets were full of litter, cracks ran through the roads from disrepair and neglect, and nobody was around.
It was the sound of a smashed window that brought Bruce out of his dark thoughts. Pulling a mask out of the utility belt he wore around his waist, Bruce covered his face with it and looked around the source of the commotion. No, not Bruce. He was no longer Bruce Wayne. Instead of the rich playboy who was known by all as "The Prince of Gotham," there stood a man clothed in black from head to toe like a ninja from feudal japan.
See you soon, clown.

Abilities & Weaknesses:
Powers/Abilities
- Gadgets/Weapons/Eqiupment: Batman uses a large arsenal of specialized gadgets in his war against crime, the designs of which usually share a bat motif, many of his gadgets include: Bulletproof and fire-resistant Nomex survival suit spray-painted black for stealth, bulletproof kevlar reinforced graphite cowl with an earphone able to hear up to 4,920 feet, "memory cloth" cape which gives him flight, Utility belt with batarangs(bat-shaped ninja shurikens which also act as a boomerang), grapple gun, mini-mines, explosive packets, gas capsules, acetylene torch, fingerprint kit, flexible periscope, single marble (used as a decoy for someone walking down stairs), pick locks, cell phone and a medikit. Batman's other gadgets include: sonic sounders(high frequency devices which irritate bats, thus attracting thousands of them for distraction), ninja spiked boots for scaling buildings, blade gauntlets and a lead shot in both gloves giving him an added punch. Batman also has 'The Tumbler' Batmobile with a 1500hp jet turbine engine making it go from 0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds and exceed speeds of over 200 mph. It also has tank-like armor, dual machine gun turrets, and missle launchers, and a propane rocketfuel afterburner which shoots a flame out of the back making it clear large gaps, if needed.
- Martial Artist: His fighting style is a method of self defense that is based on natural fighting instincts and several street fighting techniques, developed by Justo Diéguez Serrano from his fighting experiences in the streets of Spain.
- Stealth: Batman was also trained as a League of Shadow ninja assasin, becoming a master of stealth, and escape artistry, thus having the effect as being "invisible."
- Other: Through years of deep study, he has become one of the world's greatest scientists, criminologists, tacticians and detectives and a master of disguise as well. The Batman has the power of fear and can invoke it upon the hearts of criminals and grow as a wraith in their minds much like the wrath of God.
Weaknesses/Physical Flaws/Psychological Flaws:
- Human: Batman does not have any super powers or above human abilities. He is susceptible to the same weaknesses that any regular guy is. That is why he has to wear an armored outfit and have such well-honed skills.
- Rules: He has rules and moral code. He doesn’t believe in guns or murder and because of that it can be treated as a disadvantage in some certain situations.
