Large stone walls, high rising machines, that had long since been destroyed. This was a place of non-too friendly memories for Terra. Despite the dislike for this place, she always came back to it, looked down at the spot where her friends had placed her plaque. It was her visiting her old past and using it to remember all the bad that she didn’t want to forget. This was one of those days where she visited her old grave, it seemed so melancholy. Silly for her to go see where she had previously been described as dead. To her, it was humbling.
Walking down the only current safe path, the lanky blond, looked around the room. It was already destroyed. Slade has already created a new hide out, a tower in the city which was virtually untouchable by the other Titans. Everything was starting to get frustrating, Starfire was leaving the current team, only for a short while, to join another team. She couldn’t blame her friend, but the only other person that trusted her completely was leaving her, after they had made amends with one another. Then her relationship with Beast Boy was getting better, it was a relief to at least have him around.
Terra sat on the spot where she had been entombed, the lava that had encased her body still lay there, it was only a short time ago she was freed because of Raven. Resting her elbows on her knees and laying her chin on her palm as she thought. Slade needed to be defeated as did many other villains. Hopefully the new Titans teams could handle their new found workload. Terra hadn’t meant many of the new teammates, but in time she planned to meet them, they were her friends too.
Lost in her thoughts, she heard movement behind her. Jumping up and forward she focused on the ground beneath her, her palms glowing their bright yellow. ”Who’s there!” she demanded. She wasn’t generally so demanding or forceful, but in these times they all had to be careful.
