after the storm -- R-F

Once again she was in charge of looking after the city. Terra didn’t mind. She liked getting out amongst the people, getting away from the other Titans, giving them time to get used to the idea of her being back, without completely drowning them in her appearance. Sure she spoke with her teammates and often, but she chose to do it in their own time, not forcing herself on them. Terra was trying to make amends and trying to make it easy of a transition. She really hadn’t done anything spectacular within the city/The small girl was someone she was glad to have ran into, it made her feel so much better about being back within the Titans, not hiding going away from them all. They were family after all.

Terra was sitting atop of her platform, only a few feet above the heads of other citizens. She had several smaller rocks spiraling around her head as she tried to see how much she could handle. Terra was so out of practice, being encased in a tomb of molten lava did that to a girl, she still could handle the basics of the geomance of her powers, but at times she found herself limited. Blocks in her powers, like she had to re-learn everything she had been taught by Slade. It was frustrating. She had betrayed her friends because of Slade teaching her how to better use her powers and it felt like she was back to square one. They didn’t erupt like they had, when she was emotional. Just felt like they were blocked. She would just have to continue to practice, do as Slade had taught her, the only beneficial thing that he had taught her.

Popping off her platform, Terra wandered down the sidewalk, hands deep into her pockets as she made her way along the pathway of the park. Typical day it seemed. Boring.

He was inside of a video store; eying the DVDs on the rack. Eventually the Seishin came across a couple of titles; "Case 39", "Catch 44" and a gap between that and the next movie. A grin crossed the Seishin's face as he hurried back to the 'Adult Section' then quickly returned with a case in hand. He placed the copy of "Bovine 69" and placed it in the gap. "We are what we eat...Beefstrokin'off!" After several moments of laughing at his own joke; Ryuusei sighed. "Ugh...these all suck!" And made his way outside, his money in-tact but still needed SOME way to piss away such a boring day.

That was some time ago; after roaming the streets for a few hours. The Seishin's wandering led him to a park. "At least they're havin' fun..." As he stood there on the sidewalk; eying the people around. This day was just one of those 'meh' days; it was nice but...missing something. Now if this were a 'rainy' day...he'd have the spark of life these people were feeling right now; and likely pick a fight with some random dude.

Then he had an idea; he walked over to a bench and sat down, pulling out a cell phone. As people walked by he snapped a picture of whoever came into his 'line of fire'. Not only would he get pics of a few cuties...but one of their over-compensating boyfriends may storm up to him and start something...which he'd gladly finish.
