[/style][style=width: 325px; font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px; color : #hexcode; margin-top: -50px;]Come now... If I couldn't do this much, [/color][/div] What sort of a butler would I be? [/color][/div]
Sebastian's gaze drifted down the arm now between himself and his target, disapproval etching itself into his face. Ciel spoke up then, exasperated. "Your suspicion is understandable, but I assure you... We are with the Alliance; as we would not have any interest in this girl otherwise. You could contact your leader if you continue to suspect; find your proof. However, it is likely that she would have escaped by then." Sebastian raised a hand and firmly pushed the arm away, taking a single step closer to the female; a strange smile upon his face. She seemed to not have any intention of coming along now, speaking about dealing with local criminals. Was she trying to prove something? Typical... Human beings, no matter what powers they possessed, were all the same. He found it amusing at how far some would go to gain recognition, be it negative or positive recognition.
The next moment, she was walking away. There was no sign of movement on the demon's part; but he was suddenly standing in front of her, hands clasped behind his back, between her and the direction she was heading toward. Ciel blinked, caught off guard to realize his butler wasn't standing next to him. He had moved so fast, it appeared to be teleportation of some sort. The boy felt an irritation starting to grow in his gut. That was not exactly a common human action, the speed. He had specifically ordered his butler to not give reason for them to suspect otherwise. What a fool... Hopefully, anyone here who had noticed his movement would blink in confusion; and assume their eyes had just been playing tricks on them.
Meanwhile, the butler was still smiling with a sadistic trace down at the female, his head tilted slightly as he considered her. "Coming to us, you say? Ah good; that saves us some trouble." His eyes suddenly focused on a green thing which flew past at a blinding speed. He raised his eyebrows as he cast a glance at the man who had thrown the projectile, starting to wonder exactly what sort of magic that was. Then his attention was dragged to the Alliance Leader himself as he emerged and joined the group. It seemed the element of surprise wouldn't work on the female. As David spoke, Ciel gestured to Sebastian. "Belay that order, Sebastian... It seems as if the boss has other plans." The butler stepped aside to grant Lina passage, returning to Ciel's side as he cast his crimson gaze between David and the others. Was their superior really that much of a pacifist? He had actually been looking forward to using force in order to detain the girl, but apparently... They would be aiding her in her mission against the criminals.
Ciel was apparently unconcerned, he could care less about how or why things were to be done. He would merely carry out his duties, through Sebastian of course. With the tall, black-clothed man standing sentry-like at his shoulder; he could do anything and everything. The were both waiting for Lina's response to the Foreigner's offer, Sebastian was especially interested. He could smell the human scent from Lina, but the aura of magic which flowed from her was immense. It spiked his curiosity, and he made a mental note to speak with her about it once this entire business was over. He had his own magic, yes; demonic magic. But that didn't mean he wasn't interested in what others could do.

Akito sighed as he was shoved past by Sebastian, reprimanded by the Horned Frog, and passed by that same CO as Lina started walking away. Ignored again. Dammit. At least the Foreigner acknowledged that his motorcycle had been fireballed into oblivion. He noticed something then, as the green projectile sailed right behind the man in the suit that had pushed past him. "Hang on just one second. Wasn't the man in the suit next to me just now? How'd you move that fast?" Shaking his head without waiting for an answer, he walked over to the van, he placed a palm on the ground and used his alchemy to remove the makeshift tire boots he had erected earlier. "Taking out a drug cartel sounds like a good way to vent some frustration. We taking the van or our feet?" He shot a pointed look at Lina, voice layered with sarcasm. "Oh, maybe I could take my motorcycle and scout ahead!" Not a threat, thus not in violation of the Frog's orders.

The obvious signs that no one wanted her to leave the area was rather hard to miss as Lina turned and shot Ryuusei a dirty look. "Just for that, you are on your own for the bill at the next restaraunt we eat at." She said to the guy before then looking The Foreigner and pondering. "Alright but highly trained army hmm? Guess the direct approach will be best as they will expect anything but a full frontal assault." She looked at the van with evil in her eyes.
"Anyways, more the merrier but I claim sixty-forty split on the loot that this cartel has to have. I get sixty and the rest of you get to split the forty got it?" She shot each of them a look that said they better not question it and then she decided to address what might have been another issue. "Also, before you question stealing from criminals...not only did I make my living this way before coming here but they got it illegally. We are just correcting that oversight."
Finally turning to Sebastian and Ciel she frowned and then said, "So why is a Mazoku playing Butler to a Human?" She hadn't even been phased by the demon's fast movement, as if such things were normal to her.
"Also do you happen to know a purple-haired, pageboy haircut priest who has his eyes always closed and if you ask him something, he tells you that's a secret? If so, I would like to know where he is so I can throttle him for why I am here in this world." She then said to the pair with a frown.
Lina then did a backwards flip and leap onto the van. "So! Who wants to pound some criminals?" She smiled and waited for responses to the question to make sure everyone was on board with the plan.

"That's fine, I'll gladly be 'on my own', as in just pay for myself." The Seishin shot back at Lina while eying the man in the Monkey Suit who had moved almost instantaneously to intercept Lina and be buzzed himself by the Souhajin. And then this guy showed up dressed like Darth Vader? Only exchanging the Lightsaber for a Blaster Rifle...and probably a Phaser Rifle as well, (Eh, he still could have the Saber under all that.. it IS the size of a flashlight after all). gave the Seishin a look of acknowledgement as he addressed the redheaded sorceress. From how he spoke, in comparison to what he heard from Edward, he sounded as if he had rank in the Alliance; this was confirmed as one of the others referred to the Dark Lord of the Sith as 'the boss'.
Now it seemed these guys were on board with f*cking up a Cartel and when Lina proposed how they would split the Take. "I'm fine with that. With the 8% We each take; Jeeves here would be set for life." Looking at the Mazoku, "Or if your Leash is real a greedy git; you can have some of mine instead. I'm more interested in the guns and a couple tons of Weed!" as he approached his vehicle. Hearing Akito's sarcastic remark, he replied. "If it makes you feel better, you can ride Shotgun." He wasn't leaving his van here, where it would likely be stolen. It could be used as their Command Center to plan out however they were going to assault the Drug Lords' Compound... and being in his vehicle he could get a better read on everyone.

Post by The Horned Frog on Oct 17, 2012 22:41:10 GMT -5
Deep inside, the Horned Frog could only feel discouraged by Lina Inverse's actions and suggestions. Not only was she bold, but she was very reckless. Much like himself back in the day. Back when he could afford to be daring and borderline insane. Sadly, he couldn't risk such stupid decisions anymore. Too many people now had to depend on his know-how and leadership abilities to protect Earth from this looming Imperium threat.
Also, they didn't exactly have the firepower when it came to taking out this cartel. But since he felt that he had to pacify Ms. Inverse for her to come along to New Masada, he had to figure out an idea. Nestling his left hand underneath his chin, the neurons of his mind connected within his head. They had to have a one-two punch, a combined stealth operation with a full frontal assault. He could provide the precision of a surgical strike while Lina Inverse could catch them off guard by blowing these hardened criminals to smithereens.
This would mean splitting up the assembled crew into two small teams. Nodding to himself, he quickly turned towards the Sorceress. He held out his left hand, as if telling the van to halt its motion. "If you don't mind before we leave, I have an idea. Rather than just fighting them head on and risk getting ourselves killed, I suggest a two pronged attack." David addressed the party, before putting his hand down. He then reached to his belt with his right hand, and brought to light a spare bluetooth device. He then tossed it towards the wielder of the Dragon Slave. "Put that in your right ear. It's your way of communicating with me and vice versa."
He then continued to reveal his plan of defeating the drug cartel. "Sebastian, Ciel, and I will go on ahead and take out the sentries and guards to the encampment. Once we take them out, then you, Mr. Ryuusei, and Akito can advance to your positions and attack when ready. With this, I have my fun and you have yours," The Horned Frog said, before nodding to the Demon Butler and Lord Phantomhive and making their way into the jungle. Before vanishing in the wilderness, his black helmeted head turned towards them again and spoke to Lina over the bluetooth.
"By the way, Lina. You follow through with the plan, everyone gets their cut and then some. You will get your voucher and a free plane ride back to New Masada. That also means that Ryuusei gets a few weapons and his cannabis, and you probably don't want to screw him over when it comes to those things. We won't take long, we promise," The Foreigner spoke over the device before sprinting off into the darkness.
Since the Foreigner could move in a series of sprints, bounds, and leaps, he could cover a lot of ground. And he expected Ciel and Sebastian to do the same. Once he had spotted the guard towers, he laid low and took aim at a sentry watching about from the tower. According to the satellite pictures, there were four guard towers surrounding the base. This was going to be too easy for him.
"Inverse, this is Frog. Your team may proceed toward the base. Make some fireworks happen," he radioed before settling into his spot. Taking out the automatic from behind his back and a round black device, he silently went to work.
Quickly screwing on a silencer on the automatic rifle, he set the rifle into single shot mode, held the weapon steady against his shoulder, and took aim. He then squeezed the trigger and fired. Dead on the mark. The bullet pierced the man's skull and caused the faux-soldier to keel over the edge and lifelessly plummet to the ground.
As he expected Sebastian and Ciel to take out the other two pillboxes with supreme efficiency, the Horned Frog took another aim at the further guard tower. By then, the sentry had seen his comrade fall off and proceeded to yell out at the top of his lungs to his comrades. Time to pick him off too. With a quick judgement of wind and distance resistance, he took a shot, albeit a little longer one, fired true and silenced the sentry forever. David unscrewed the silencer and placed it back into its rightful compartment.
It was a matter of time before he would see and hear explosions rock the cartel's base of operations, and his plan to fully go into action. The Foreigner would then come out of the brush and fire at will towards the enemy. Sure, it was a call back to his old days fighting the Dark Church, but he had to relentless to these guerrillas. This hopefully would do the Mexican government a large favor or catch a lot of flack. At least he could catch it and nobody else. And frankly, this one may be worth getting a little bit of heat.

[/center] His movement hadn't gone unnoticed or been passed off. Well, at this rate... Sebastian couldn't care less. He had been about to say something in response to Akito, but the boy's question had been answered when th ewoman voiced her own. Lina as good as gave away what he was, and the crimson gaze shifted to the side to rest on Ciel; curious of his response. The boy looked rather surprised that Lina had caught on so fast, and extremely annoyed that she had been so open about it. But then again, there was no reason for her to conceal such information; so of course she wouldn't have bothered keeping it a secret. He gave up then on hiding his butler's species, and he decided to simply keep the terms of the service to himself. Lina asked her question then, directing it at Sebastian. The demon's lips curled into a sardonic smile. "Why? That isn't really any of your concern, Miss Inverse." He said in a silky voice. Ciel said nothing, merely listened cooly as the conversation continued; completely disinterested in it all. However,as Ryussei directed his own comment to the young earl, the single visible blue eye narrowed dangerously. "Greedy git? I have no interest in whatever riches come through this confrontation; I have more than enough already. You take it, if you're so obsessed with your weapons and drugs." The man had said something about a "Leash"... And that was what amused the boy so much. The man hadn't the faintest idea how accurate that term was for him in relation to Sebastian. His demon butler was certainly restrained by his master; in many different ways. At least now, he had no reason to continue hiding what his butler was; so there would be fewer limitations on what the demon would display in this conflict. As the group began making its way to Ryussei's automobile, Ciel and Sebastian remained immobile near the Horned Frog. They wouldn't be taking any form of transportation unless that was how the commander wanted to travel. They were here on the Queen's orders to serve and stand by the Foreigner's side; so that was exactly what they would do. At least, Ciel would. Sebastian would be at his side alone, he served no one but him. The demon was his... His property, his servant... His to control and manipulate. No one else could give him orders. There was a certain satisfaction which came from such thoughts, to know of his firm control and hold on the demon's leash. Sebastian knew all that, and he played his role well. That was all that mattered. Ciel simply nodded as David laid out the plan. Attack the sentries and create a form of distraction? No problem at all. Sebastian would have had no trouble killing every single person both inside and out of the cartel base; so such a task as had been given to them would be no challenge. The trip through the forest was an easy one. Sebastian simply carried his young master, and he kept up with the Foreigner without any effort at all. He was a demon after all. Speed and strength were natural to him. As they reached the edge of the forest, the butler set Ciel back on the ground; and turned his attention to observe with minor interest as David took aim and eliminated the first of the four sentries on the towers. Ciel sighed in a bored way, before speaking again. "Sebastian, do something about the other two... Those who have been alerted to the attack and come out to fight, make sure they are given a proper greeting. A few survivors are acceptable, but the majority are to be killed. I'm sure the government here would love some prisoners to interrogate..." Yes... No more reason to hide what his servant was capable of, since it seemed everyone already knew; thanks to Lina. Sebastian's eyes shifted into the fuschia color, slit pupils floating on the seeming endlessly shifting pink irises. He bowed to the Earl, a rather sadistic smile in place upon his features. "Yes, my lord..." He murmured. And then he was strolling casually out into the open, pulling his gloves on tighter. Bullets were fired, only to be caught and thrown back at the cartel members who had fired them; thrown back at a speed which surpassed just-fired level. Then yet again, there were no signs of movement from him apart from a blurred wrist motion and flash of silver. The two sentries on the guard towers which the Horned Frog had left alone suddenly keeled over and fell from their posts. Even at such a distance from Ciel and David's location, two knives could be seen protruding from the foreheads of the sentries; one knife in each head. However, the second sentry David had killed had already alerted more cartel members just before his death. The swarmed out of the base, and of course they went directly for the one visible stranger... The butler. The shock in their eyes was evident, but they weren't taking any chances. Guns were leveled at the pink-eyed man and fired. That was when he acted. The man became a blur of black as he launched into evasive maneuvers. He would catch more projectiles and return them. Men would drop with blood seeping from a single clean bullet wound through essential flesh; such as the neck, head, heart area on the chest, and through the stomach. There would be only one fatal bullet injury to be seen upon those who fell. Other projectiles were either avoided; or were redirected with spoons. Yes, spoons... The natural curve of the genuine silver wares he used, if held at the proper angle; would be grazed by bullets and then the curve would send the projectiles in other directions; normally into yet another unfortunate cartel member. He was merciless. It was within mere moments that half of the enemies who came out to face the unexpected threat would be felled. Many lay dead, others were crawling away and leaving narrow trails of blood. It would be them who were undoubtedly imprisoned in the future. All the while, not a single drop of blood would land on the demon's fancy garb; and he maintained a pleasant smile throughout it all. Soon, the area fell silent as remaining drug cartel members wised up and chose to hide within the base, rather than come out to face the butler; terrified of meeting their end. Those who remained inside would fall victim to Inverse and the others no doubt. Sebastian returned to the edge of the forest where David and his master were, and bowed to the boy again. "Well now... That was entertaining..." He said softly, ignoring the smell of suffering and death which reached his sensitive nose from outside the base. Ciel only said "It was a passable display..." The youth turned back to David, an amused smile crossing his features.
