Appearance:
Minako is pretty short, though she is taller than Bunny. A lot of people think the two of them are related, as they do look very similar, and at times act similar as well. While not Sailor Venus, Minako has a tendency to be a little boy-crazy and ditzy, though this seems to disappear for the most part while she's transformed. She always wears her hair half up in a large, red bow. It's hardly ever down, but when it is, it falls almost mid-thigh, and is incredibly thick and heavy. Her eyes are a light, almost sky blue and are wide and rimmed with thick lashes. She's a little bit more.. womanly in figure than Bunny, having a larger chest and hips, but she's not as womanly as some of the other senshi, such as Jupiter.
Personality:
Minako tends to show two fairly different personalities while in and out of her senshi form. We'll start with Minako herself.
Minako is, and always has been, a bit of an idol-worshipper. She followed the Three Lights around obsessively for a while, and was in their fan club. She's also quite the boy-chaser, though she has a tough time actually getting a hold of a man, much less hanging on to them for much longer than a few months at a time. She's very high energy and is always doing something, hardly ever actually sitting still and lazing around. She's also not exactly the smartest cookie, as seen in High School when she and Bunny would routinely fail their exams.

History:
As far as anyone is completely aware of, Minako had a relatively normal childhood, growing up in Japan. Around the time she was 13 is when Artemis found her, which is also the time that her family uprooted and moved to London. It was there that Artemis revealed to Mina that she was Sailor Venus, as there was some trouble with youma in England at the time. She took the guise of Sailor V, her costume changing from her normal Sailor Venus look of orange and blue to blue and red, and she fought crime well after the youma were taken care of.
While she was working as a crimefighter in London, she met a Policewoman named Katarina who took her under her wing and taught her some finer points of crime fighting. She also met a friend named Alan, whom she had a huge crush on. After she found out that Alan was in love with Katarina, she faked her death and migrated back to Japan. It was there that she met up with Sailor Moon and the rest of the gang, posing as the Moon Princess for quite a while until Bunny finally awakened to fight Beryl. After being killed by Beryl's final set of Henchwomen, Mina was brought back without her memories. When the Black Moon Clan attacked, Artemis and Luna were forced to re-awaken all the girls.
Since then, Mina has been consistently at the side of Sailor Moon. She had a rather short-lived crush on Haruka, whom she thought was a boy, though some people seem to think she has a thing for Rei. She is still single, and has finished High School and went through College for a degree in Media. She works as a news journalist, more for the scoops on any worldwide activity she needs to be aware of than for any sort of love for writing. She sometimes has to ask Ami for help when writing her articles.
