Eyes: The irises are a deep sapphire, but they’re always hidden by her dark, wire-framed glasses.

Appearance:
Her hair is short-cropped and of a sandy-blonde color, while her eyes are a dark sapphire blue. The latter, however, are hardly ever seen, as she wears dark, wire-framed glasses (her eyes are extremely sensitive to light). Her build is lean and lanky, with her weight being 120lbs and her height being 6’0” even. Of course, being that she is so tall and weighs what most would consider much less than she should, she avoids letting anyone see her without her clothing on. After all, she doesn’t need people staring just because they can see her bones. Being of Austrian decent, Heinkel’s skin tone is an almost unnaturally pale olive.
This is made more so because she always wears the vestments of a Catholic priest, despite the fact that she’s technically a nun. A sizeable, gunmetal cross hangs from a leather cord around her neck, and her hands are always adorned by white gloves, which have a cross emblazoned on the back. She is nearly always seen smoking, and hardly ever without her partner Yumiko/Yumie (up until the latter’s death, of course). Due to the battle fought in London between Iscariot, Hellsing, and Millennium, she was made a regenerator (her right arm and left leg were sliced off by a crazy butler-turned-vampire wielding wires of razor-sharp quality), but she still retains the massive, ugly scarring from where she was shot through the face.
Personality:
Heinkel can be extremely standoffish at times, and if the situation calls for it, cruel and sadistic. However, despite this she is extremely loyal to those she considers allies; her intelligence makes her a superb strategist, but the flip-side to that trait is that she often uses her intelligence to be deceitful, as in calculating the best advantage she herself could get out of something – really, what are the people she’s cheating going to do, kill her? She’s a regenerator, they can’t do shit unless they rip her to shreds and scatter the pieces far from each other, but she’d have killed them before they even got close to starting on that… And there goes her arrogance again, something she developed when showing off for a certain someone during their training days. Being as standoffish as she is, Heinkel trusts in an extremely slow manner; the only ones who have earned her trust quicker than she would have liked are dead.
(Thus, her “punch first, and ask questions when the person is tied up,” and “I’m not going to trust you even as far as I can throw you until I know I can trust you with my own secrets – which will probably be never,” mentalities.) As such, she’s quite reserved about both sexuality in general, and about her own sexuality. Bridging from her sexuality, however, she often finds herself strongly conflicted: should she follow her heart, or follow the teachings she has lived by and enforced with fire and bullets and death since she was seventeen? Thus, she finds herself in constant conflict within herself, and also why she is still in the closet after all these years. (As a note, she’s STILL beating herself up for never having told Yumiko/Yumie of her feelings before the night her world exploded into blood and flames and then gave way to an empty abyss of nothing.)
Abilities & Weaknesses:
Here is a list of your character's strengths, weaknesses, and abilities. Describe each one in decent detail.
Powers/Abilities
- Focused – When she’s concentrating on getting the job done, nothing can break her focus, save for the death of someone she cares about (just like on that night with Yumie and Anderson…).
- Gunslinger – Due to her years of training, Heinkel will hit every target dead center every time, even in the heat of battle and death.
- Hand-to-hand – Again due to her training, Heinkel is well versed in many different styles of martial-arts, and so can keep fighting even if her guns run out of bullets (though she does always have a few ten or so extra magazines of bullets handy at all times…).
- Close-combat Weapons Specialist – The third thing her training brought about; she is well versed in the usage of many close-combat weapons, though she prefers firearms, which she even narrows down to her dual combat pistols, which she always keeps sheathed at her hips (she feels naked without them).
Weaknesses/Physical Flaws/Psychological Flaws:
- Mid-Range/Long-Range Combat – If someone can attack her and stay out of her range of fire and her speed, then they can take her down.
- Extremely Light-Sensitive Vision – Get her glasses knocked off, and she’s blind as a bat (though the pain may just piss her off enough to kill everyone and anything…)
- Short Temper – Though she’s usually always cold and collected, her fuse is a bit shorter than it was before the Battle of London; if something sets her off, she’s just as likely to go on a killing spree as Yumie once was.
- Eating Disorders – She struggled with anorexia and bulimia as a teenager, and even in her early twenties; she’s still trying to kick those “habits” completely.
- Anti-Social Personality Disorder – She has an extreme disregard for others, such to the point that she’ll mercilessly terminate people if they give her even the slightest shadow of a reason to.
- Sadism – She enjoys inflicting pain upon others, along with reveling in slaughter; the strange bit is that, much like with Yumiko/Yumie, these traits only manifest while in combat situations.
- Fanatical – She’s prone to using the terms “heathen,” “heretic,” and/or “infidel dog,” for anyone not of the Catholic faith… And she’ll often enforce Catholicism/the Vatican’s orders with bullets and death.
- Internalized Homophobia – Being that she’s such a fanatical Catholic, Heinkel has come to all but hate herself because of her lesbianism; it’s even gotten to the point where she will inflict harm upon herself should she have sexual thoughts about another woman (it was mild before Yumiko/Yumie died; she sees the death of the woman she loves as her punishment for being a lesbian).
History:
On a frigid winter night, and during a storm at that, in a small town in Austria, during the year 1971, Heinkel Wolfe was born. She was the youngest of four children, her older three siblings all being boys. Being that her parents were all but extremely poor, they had no use for a daughter. And so, she was dealt with in the only way they could think of, save for infanticide. She was left on the doorstep of a church-run orphanage mere hours after her birth. Growing up at the orphanage was hard and lonely for the young girl, but she quickly learned that only the strong would survive. She didn’t have parents, or friends, but that was fine for her; she didn’t need them. She would show everyone that. She would prove that she didn’t need anyone. Her theories were soon to be disproved.
At nine, Heinkel was transferred to a Vatican-run orphanage in Italy. There, she began to learn the truth of the world, beyond the small, isolated, and friendless life she had built for herself back in Austria. There, she learned what love was. Her roommate, Yumiko, soon became her best friend. Both were outcasts, but for different reasons. Heinkel was a girl whom looked and acted like a boy, refusing to wear the small versions of the nun’s habits which all the girls should wear, and instead wearing the small version of the priest’s robes, as the boys should have, while Yumi was an outcast for her split personality disorder, better known as dissociative identity disorder, or DID; the girl’s alter-ego Yumie was violent and brash, while Yumiko was shy and sweet. The two stuck together no matter what happened, best friends to the end. (Yumiko would eventually teach her both English and Japanese, but the blonde refused to speak anything other than German unless she had to, thus resulting in her accent.)
But, as things always happened for Heinkel, her feelings for Yumiko quickly became more than friendship. By the time she was fourteen, the blonde had reluctantly admitted to herself her lesbianism, and that she was, for lack of a better term, head-over-heels in love with her very best friend. Another strange thing about Heinkel, was that the only other person she befriended was a young Enrico Maxwell. She could tell he didn’t like her much in the beginning, but she kept at it anyways. (Eventually, they became like siblings.) Though not a friendship, she came to view Father Alexander Anderson as the father she never knew; or, at least, what she supposed a father was supposed to be like. At the age of fifteen, Heinkel voluntarily joined Iscariot, and began her years of training. These six years were grueling and painful on both her body and mind, but she never gave up, aware that Yumiko and Yumie were beside her every step of the way (she supposed she wanted to impress Yumie, but she had always been motivated by a desire to protect Yumiko). During these years, Heinkel discovered her love of killing and battle.
Just a few months after her twenty-first birthday, Heinkel was made a full member of Iscariot. In the following six years, she quickly rose through the ranks to become one of Section XIII’s top assassins, her partner always being Yumie, and second only to Anderson himself. Though her abilities were never anything super-human in nature, her stamina, speed, agility, and marksmanship were far above anything to be scoffed at. However, this was when the snide remarks she received began to become more directed at herself personally, rather than simply about her choice of vestments. She hated to – and so never did – admit that the cruel whispers, and only half formed, off-hand comments about her being a lesbian here true. Heinkel wanted to spare Yumiko the truth, and so never told her best friend of her love for her. Despite this, however, just a few days after her most recent birthday before the events in London – twenty-seven years old; January 27th, 1998 – she couldn’t take it anymore. Heinkel broke down crying in confession to Anderson, something she had never before done – she never let anyone besides Yumiko see that she had emotions – and told the man she viewed as her father everything.
She never did learn his thoughts on this, and now that the entirety of Iscariot is embroiled in the war with Millennium and Hellsing, she wonders if she will ever find out – and if she will ever have the courage to tell Yumiko/Yumie how she feels, before it’s too late and one or both of them are dead, when she knows she herself will end up in Hell. During the incident where the members of Iscariot were told to kill, and later apprehend, Integra, Heinkel attempted to carry out her orders, but received many a rebuke from Anderson, in what one might call the same fashion as a rebellious teenage girl is rebuked by her father. Despite disliking the fact that she could not follow orders, Heinkel would rather follow her “father” than Maxwell any day, and so she simply did as told.
In the current situation, Heinkel couldn’t help wondering if any of them would survive that night – that Walpurgisnacht – and if she even wanted, or deserved, to survive. When she saw Anderson, the man she had considered her father, killed by Alucard, Hellsing’s damned pet, she all but lost it. However, the one to avenge the good Father was Yumie – until she ended up sliced into pieces, that is, by a then-vampiric Walter, Hellsing’s former butler. Heinkel attempted to kill Walter – by then she’d lost any and all of her cool head she may have retained – but ended up getting shot in the face (the entry-point ripped a hole in her left cheek; the exit-point let almost nothing of her right cheek behind).
She knows nothing after Walter sliced off her right arm and left leg, save for waking up in the medical wing back at the Vatican months later. As Maxwell was killed in London as well – she mourned the brother, lover, and father she had lost all consecutively – a new bishop was selected to lead Iscariot. At that same time, Heinkel was made into Iscariot’s regenerator, thus succeeding her “father,” just as she would later learn that Seras Victoria of Hellsing had succeeded Alucard; thus, a new generation was added to the rivalry. It took the girl some time to get used to using her new arm and leg, and to get used to her new abilities, but she quickly regained her position as Iscariot’s top assassin – and now as their trump card.
It’s been years since that night in London, and currently one Sister Heinkel Wolfe searches to find her place in the unfolding events, while still remaining the Instrument of God’s Will (and often Divine Wrath) on Earth.

The tall blonde exhaled slightly, as she made her way about the deserted campus. Along with carbon dioxide, she exhaled smoke into the atmosphere; it was a habit she'd picked up in the past few months, smoking was. It calmed her, when memories of her threatened to overwhelm the eighteen-year-old. Her dark glasses caught the light, and reflected it, maximizing her intimidation factor. Or, so she noted in her mind; most stayed away from her anyways, and the fact that she seemed unapproachable to begin with didn't help.
Not that she was complaining, of course. She didn't like people much, and so if they stayed away of their own free will, that was all the better. If they stayed away, she wouldn't have to make them leave. And really, though she wouldn't hesitate to be cruel if the situation called for such, she never took pleasure in it. She was a woman of God; taking pleasure in being cruel would have been a sin. Her glasses slipped down her nose slightly, revealing her sapphire blue eyes.
Wincing at the light, she quickly pushed them back up with her first and index fingers. Her eyes had always been sensitive to light, and lately it had been getting worse. Before, she need only wear her dark, wire-framed glasses outdoors, but now... Now, she had resorted to wearing them indoors as well. Her hand strayed to her hip; yes, her dual handguns were both placed securely in their holsters, hidden by her grey trench coat. It hid her guns, and the attire which showed true what she was.
No, she wasn't supposed ti be here - but she had gotten bored. She would do penance later for disobeying, but for now, she wanted to have a look around the local school. She herself attended a smaller, private, more academically-minded school. Normally, she would have been wearing her uniform; the boys' as she was too tall and too skinny for the girls'. Now, however, she wore what she was most comfortable in. Another thing she shouldn't be doing. Ah, what a day for rule breaking this was... But today was also a day for God's work; hence why her pistols were both locked and loaded.
Under the trench coat, she wore the cassock of a priest, and a large cross made of gunmetal hung on a leather cord about her neck.
